About Salt River Business Development
Salt River Business Development is a wholly owned economic enterprise of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community, established to help expand and diversify the Community’s economic base through strategic partnerships, investments, acquisitions, and long-term growth opportunities. Rooted in Scottsdale, Arizona, the Community is shaped by the shared vision, values, and goals of the Onk Akimel O’Odham and Xalychidom Piipaash tribes and is governed by a nine-member Council. With more than 11,000 members and a broad portfolio of business enterprises, the Community continues to contribute to economic opportunity, job creation, and the strength of local Arizona communities.
