The Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Ethic Tech, LLC, a leading provider of high-quality government contracting services. This strategic acquisition was completed by Kwolyewm Federal Solutions, LLC, the federal solutions group of Salt River Business Development, LLC.

Ethic Tech is a highly regarded government contracting firm specializing in cybersecurity, IT services, software development, base operations support, and engineering solutions for federal clients. With a proven track record of excellence in delivering mission-critical services, Ethic Tech’s strong expertise and reputation align perfectly with Kwolyewm Federal Solutions’ commitment to quality, innovation, and long-term success in federal contracting.

Kwolyewm Federal Solutions, LLC

Kwolyewm Federal Solutions, LLC (“KFS”) is a wholly owned and operated subsidiary of Salt River Business Development, LLC. Kwolyewm (pronounced “kwall-yoom”) comes from a Piipaash word that means “tomorrow,” which aligns with our goal of creating a sustainable legacy for future generations of the SRPMIC. 

Salt River Business Development’s mission is to focus on tomorrow’s needs today by expanding the economic strength and diversification of the Salt River Pima-Maricopa Indian Community. 

KFS was organized as a strategic holding group to house subsidiaries engaged in providing support for federal government customers. Ethic Tech, LLC, along with Kwolyewm Services, LLC will both be housed within this holding line.

Strategic Growth and Future Vision

This acquisition expands the reach of Kwolyewm Federal Solutions, enabling the company to pursue new federal contracting opportunities, including those uniquely available to tribally owned enterprises through the Small Business Administration’s (SBA) 8(a) program. By harnessing the combined strengths of both organizations, the SRPMIC aims to create sustainable economic growth for the SRPMIC.

Ethic Tech’s leadership team will remain intact and continue driving the company’s day-to-day operations while collaborating closely with Kwolyewm Federal Solutions to drive integration and strategic growth.
