Salt River Business Development is a minority partner in the Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain, a premier luxury destination in Metro Phoenix. Located on O’odham and Piipaash traditional territory, the resort is situated on the north face of iconic Camelback Mountain in Paradise Valley, Arizona, on truly irreplaceable real estate.
The Sanctuary features 110 guest rooms averaging nearly 800 square feet, three food and beverage outlets, more than 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor meeting space, a 12,200-square-foot award-winning spa, and a pool and fitness center.
A premier luxury destination in the Phoenix market, the Sanctuary recently completed a $7 million renovation of its premier meeting and event venues, further elevating the resort as a sought-after destination for executive retreats, weddings, private celebrations, and other gatherings. The renovation enhanced 8,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event space, reinforcing Sanctuary’s position as a standout luxury property in the Southwest.
